Teri Willoughby, Artist Director (Ballet)
Ms. Teri has worked as a teacher and choreographer for 40 years. She began her career dancing with the Alberta Ballet then moved to Montreal to work with the founder of Les Ballet Jazz, Eve Von Gensy. Teri then turned to choreography working with stage shows, musical revue groups and spent 5 years traveling Canada and the US with Stratus Faction, a performing group made up of 26 singers, dancers and musicians. Her credits include Musicals such as Funny Girl, The Wizard of Oz, South Pacific and Little Mary Sunshine plus numerous commercial, trade and dance shows. Teri recently directed the opening ceremonies for the World Figure Skating Championships. As a teacher she focuses on Ballet and Contemporary although her backgroup includes many different disciplins.
Sarah Sawatzky (Happy Feet, Teen Jazz, Lyrical)
Ms. Sarah's love for dance grew from an early age. Since she was three, dance has been her greatest passion. She has indulged herself in many types of dance - tap, jazz, ballet, lyrical, modern, hip-hop and musical theatre. After competing for ten years, she hopes to continue in stage performance to hold onto that exhilarating feeling she gets from dancing for an audience. Continued Performances at many fundraising events throughout various communities in Calgary has kept dance even more exciting over the years. Ms. Sarah's traveling and workshops, including dancing at the Edge in Los Angeles, entertaining on Royal Carribean Cruise lines and having memorable times at numerous dance workshops including DAX, Groove Street and Coastal Dance Rage. Teaching dance classes has been a passion for Ms. Sarah and she is excited to be teaching with Pure Energy Dance Foundation.

Krista LeBlanc (Acro)
Ms. Krista was born with the love of gymnastics. At 4 years old she started with the Cal-East gymnastics club, earning eight badges and competing in the Junior Olympics in 1988. Ms. Krista continued on with her gymnastics experience at Altadore Gym Club until the age of 15. In 1995 Ms. Krista completed level 1 coaching certification.
